Enrollment Requirements:

• Child MUST be three (3) years old by September 1st, of the enrollment year.

• Your family MUST live within the city of Philadelphia.

• There is NO income requirement.

• There is NO CCIS requirement.

Proof of Residency (State ID, Voter ID, Current Lease, Utility Bill, Employer Pay Stub)

Proof of Verification of Age (Birth Certificate, DHS Letter, Hospital Record)
